CEO & Director

Jodfy T. Johny

Jodfy is the strategic and commercial force behind FYDOTS Industries. A multipreneur and angel investor with over 16 years of experience across engineering, fintech, retail, and infrastructure, he has built and scaled businesses from the ground up across domestic and international markets. His mechatronics background gives him a strong understanding of automation and production floor operations.

He scaled a fintech venture from MVP to over 50,000 users and 2,000 plus retail partners, generating 1 million USD in revenue within a year with a lean team and minimal marketing spend. He established 32 franchise locations, led the nationwide sale of over 1,000 smart desks across 28 states, and managed infrastructure projects ranging from 10 million to 20 million USD, including Panasonic production floors and port infrastructure in Malaysia.

At FYDOTS, Jodfy leads overall company strategy, investor and partner relations, commercial expansion, financial oversight, and government and regulatory engagement. He is the primary point of contact for all global OEM partnerships and vendor development programs.

His experience managing large-scale factory setups, international trade relationships, and cross-functional operations makes him uniquely positioned to lead a world-class manufacturing partnership program.

CTO & Operations Officer

Joshua Meleth Joy

Joshua is the engineering backbone of FYDOTS Industries. A results-driven Mechanical Engineering professional and consultant based in Cambridge, United Kingdom, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, design validation, product development, and volume manufacturing, he brings international engineering standards directly into FYDOTS operations.

He currently serves as Mechanical Design - R&D consultant at Thorlabs, Cambridge UK, one of the world's leading photonics and precision instrument manufacturers. Prior to this, he served as Senior Design Engineer at Larsen and Toubro, Bengaluru, and Design Engineer at SFO Technologies, building deep expertise across defence, industrial, and precision manufacturing sectors.

Joshua has filed three patents and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He has led cost reduction initiatives balancing production risk, time-to-market, and quality, consistently delivering above management expectations. His expertise spans product architecture definition, vendor qualification, CAD and 3D modelling, regulatory compliance, and full product lifecycle management from concept through volume production.

At FYDOTS, Joshua oversees all plant operations, technology integration, R&D, intellectual property, compliance frameworks, and quality systems, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets global OEM standards.

Chief Growth Officer & Director

Grandfy T. Johny

Grandfy brings deep operational, distribution, and supply chain expertise to FYDOTS Industries. An entrepreneur with an engineering background, a Master's degree from Germany, and experience as a former mechanical systems designer and engineering lecturer, he combines analytical thinking with proven ground-level execution capability.

He currently leads Buildwarezone, a building materials distribution and contracting company based in Kochi, Kerala, managing a distribution network that supplies over 1,000 retailers, with connections to over 2,500 authorized distributors and leading manufacturers. He comes from a 40 plus year old family business spanning building materials, F&B, commercial complexes, and warehouses, giving him first-hand mastery of supply chain management, vendor development, and scalable go-to-market operations across multiple regions.

He has successfully scaled multiple ventures across B2B and B2C markets, managed engineering projects, and built strong ground-level teams across multiple geographies. He holds a qualification from Universitat Duisburg-Essen, Germany, adding a strong international academic dimension to his practical expertise.

At FYDOTS, Grandfy drives all growth operations, vendor and logistics management, ground-level team leadership, distribution network development, and regional performance across target markets.
